This Website is for providing information to users in need of a licensed real estate appraiser. We do not recommend or endorse any appraiser listed on this Website. AppraiserSearch.com does not recommend or endorse any appraiser listed on this Website nor does it assume any liability for the product or service performed by those listed with this Website nor for any advice or content of any material provided on any individual appraiser website.

2. AppraiserSearch.com does not warrant the validity of the information, nor does it guarantee the quality of the work product of the listed appraisers. AppraiserSearch.com is not responsible for any material or information contained in the linked sites or provided by the appraisers included in this Website.

3. Limited Permitted Uses. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (1) to access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use; (2) to use the Website solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (3) to print out discrete information and search results from the Website solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein.

4. Only fully licensed real estate appraisers may list their services on this Website. We do not allow "Trainees" or "Registered" Appraisers. We verify the license of all listed appraisers; however, we will not guarantee the accuracy of any listed appraiser or assume any liability for any listed appraiser in this Website.

5. No Guarantees: Any statement, testimonial, or endorsement contained herein does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the ultimate result or outcome of your appraisal nor does it guarantee a response to your inquires. See #8, Refund Policy, below regarding comments on the AppraiserSearch.com Refund Policy.

6. No Appraising Advice or Appraiser-Client Relationship. Information contained on or made available through the Website is not intended to and does not constitute appraising advice, or recommendations under any circumstance. Nothing submitted to this Website is treated as confidential. AppraiserSearch.com does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the information contained in or linked to the Website. Your use of information on the Website or materials linked from the Website is entirely at your own risk.  AppraiserSearch.com does not receive any portion of any appraiser’s or appraisal companies fees and any arrangements subsequently made by you and any appraiser or appraisal company are strictly between you and such party and do not involve AppraiserSearch.com in any way.

7. Advertisers. This Website contains advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website is accurate and complies with applicable laws. AppraiserSearch.com will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in any advertiser's or sponsor's materials.

8. REFUND POLICY:

  • Featured Listings - if you paid annually for a subscription, then you may receive a full refund of your annual subscription fee provided that you cancel within six months of the date of signup. if you are a monthly subscriber, then you may receive a full refund of your subscription fees paid only if you cancel within six months of the date of signup.

  • Premium Listings – no refunds are given for premium listings.  However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and your monthly recurring fee will be terminated.

9. Modifications to Terms of Use. AppraiserSearch.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of Use will appear on this Website and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions of Use. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

10. Third-Party Content. Third-party content may appear on this Website or may be accessible via links from this Website. AppraiserSearch.com shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any mistakes, misstatements, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third-party content appearing on the Website. You understand that the information and opinions in the third-party content represent solely the thoughts of the author and is neither endorsed by nor does it reflect the belief of AppraiserSearch.com.

11. Listing Period. The appraiser listing may be edited or updated at the discretion of AppraiserSearch.com at anytime. At the expiration of the listing, the listing will be removed at any time after expiration at the discretion of AppraiserSearch.com, unless it has been renewed.

12. Listing Approvals. All new listings will be immediately visible on the website, however, they are subject to removal if the content does not abide by the Terms of Use of this Website or the content is not approved by this Website. If your listing is not approved, you will be sent an email with an explanation of the reasons and be asked to make changes. If your listing is not approved because of the licensed information cannot be verified, then AppraiserSearch.com will send an email asking for updated information. If the license cannot be verified, then the listing will be removed from the Website and all fees will be returned to the Payee.

13. Subscription Cancellation

  • Premium Listing – You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time and not be billed by notifying our Customer Service Department by telephone at 1-800-750-1425 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you wish to cancel your subscription outside regular business hours, please leave a message including your name, User Name, the email address associated with your account and a telephone number where we can reach you to confirm. Please allow 48 business hours for such cancellation to become effective. No refunds are provided for Premium Listing Plans.
  • Featured Listings – If you are a monthly subscriber you may cancel your monthly subscription to the Service at any time and not be billed further by notifying our Customer Service Department by telephone at 1-800-750-1425 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. You may also request a refund of all fees paid as long as you cancel your subscription within six months of the date of signup.

 

14. Indemnification. You are solely liable for any content, messages or other information you transmit, provide or upload to the Website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppraiserSearch.com from any third party claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Website, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Non-Waiver. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in California and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. The failure of either party to enforce any rights hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use.
